Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice or pasta, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to use frozen shrimp; just ensure they are fully thawed before cooking.
