Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and fresh dill.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and stir well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with fresh veggies or pita bread for dipping.
Notes
- For a thicker dip, make sure to drain the grated cucumber well.
- This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
